When in rains, it pours...

So sorry yet again to my grandma and anyone else who worries when I go more than a few days without writing... I can only say it in one way... "DON'T WORRY!"
Let's see - since I last wrote I've eaten cow intestine, shared the wonderful world of s'mores with my Peruvian friends, climbed a huge sand mountain, hiked to a river, moved to a new apartment, learned how to install an electrical shower and use it without electrocuting myself (quite a feat I might add), had a horrible stomach/intestinal infection with which came several unpleasant symtoms including a fever for two terrible sleepless nights, and said goodbye to my previous students, teachers, school, neighbors, and apartment! WHEW!

BUT, now I'm feeling MUCH better (thanks to a visit to doctor mom... Luis's mom... and a few miracle pills, that cost all of 2 dollars for three days treatment)! I'm mostly settled in my new place which has a much better location and all the food places, internet, combis (buses) RIGHT outside my door. AND, I'm back in the swing of crazy things this week!

I feel like every minute is full and I have tons of things to do... I'm still working on setting up a schedule with the orphanage... and I'm not too sure what the hang up is, but as always we'll see what TOMORROW brings! haha!

Life is good. God is so big and so good. I'm reminded of that everyday that I face a challenge and He helps me overcome it.
Thanks for your thought and prayers and be confident that I am well and happy.
Kate
