The ever famous Ceviche (raw fish in lemon juice etc... sweet patatoes, a type of corn, onions, seaweed, you get the idea)... Luis and I made this one... pretty impressive, huh? AND, my favorite ceviche so far!

My apartment... man the photo sure looks pretty great huh? One of my friend's put in a new electric shower head so I now have hot water again... woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another guy also rigged a converter and now I can watch DVDs on my little antique TV... yaaaaaay!

And last but not least, my second day in Arequipa touring with Aracely, Jaime, Joaquin, and Fabian (Jaime's other son). It was truly a great day.

  1. Wow, what food choices. Dare I ask that the black and white dish is made of? I recognize nothing in that picture except maybe red onions.

    Your place looks great! And, I can't believe they are holding up pictures of Michael Jackson...maybe you should have your class work on reverse-translating one of his songs :)

And wonderful they are, too.You are sooooooo missed,KK. Keep using up all your energy all through your day. (I see a movie in all this, honestly. Are you backing up all your files?) :)
