SURPRISE!!!
It was all a cover-up! I'm here in the good 'ol US of A. As of yesterday morning I arrived in Chicago, bussed it to Milwaukee where my lil sis picked me up and we met my cousins... then we all headed over to grandma's house to surprise her!!! It was great... the day before my cuz was leaving to head back to Iraq as well, so she was thrilled. Then Jessi and I headed down here to Springfield and gave my parents a little shock... they were also thrilled to see me early and all. I'll write more soon about the adventures making it back, but suffice it to say I'm here... it feels weird, but I'm here.
