That stands for Arequipa... "my city" in Peru! After a few minor unfortunate incidents yesterday (losing a few unsaid items), and a wonderful flight over the Nazca Lines, which was amazing, I threw my parents on an overnight bus (the most comfortable first class seats EVER... nice when daddy pays)! We arrived here in Arequipa at about 8 am and after showers and getting settled, we've been hitting the streets and the sights ever since! Left mom and dad (much to his dismay) at the craft market in order to get a little internet time in... to anyone who has emailed me lately, I'm so sorry I haven't been able to respond! Between buses and parents there has not been a spare moment!
