Despite Kate´s best efforts ... we still live.
Evidently, one can ride straight down a 74% decline at 30 mph on a small wooden board. The only problem seems to be to get back up the hill looking for assorted vertebrae.
Her first words were "Get in the cab." Followed by "Get on the bus." Followed by "Get in the cab." Followed by "Get in the Dune Buggey." Followed by, "OH ............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Followed by "Get in the cab." Followed by ¨Get on the bus." Followed by "You have six hours to sleep until we get on the plane." Followed by, "Boy you guys are getting old!" Interspersed throughout the day was the comment, she seems to be channeling, "Be quiet, we´ll eat when we stop."
See you soon, provided my anuerism holds steady until my return.
Dan (and it seems we have to go back out to the dunes to find Sue . . . )

ReplyDeleteThanks I'm hooked up again and laughing already :) Been catching up on your past blogs - monkey, flies - REALLY? Love the pictures. Have a great adventure with your parents and praying that Dan's aneurysm holds and you have found your Mom so she can keep things together. Copying your blogs and sending to uncle Steve so he can enjoy also. Love to you all
